Shipping & Returns
Tsadé online store www.tsadelifestyle.com delivers to all countries in the European Union. The website www.tsadelifestyle.com - hereafter known as “the website” - its brands Tsadé and labels belong to Tsadé SAS (French limited company), with a share capital of 8,000 euros, and headquarters located at 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris France registered at the registre du commerce et des sociétés of Paris under the RCS number 810928323.
Once the order is confirmed, the address provided by the customer for receipt of the order can no longer be changed.
Neither the carrier nor Tsadé SAS may be held liable if the order cannot be delivered on account of a mistake in the delivery address (post office boxes cannot be listed as an address).
For deliveries to France, the order will be dispatched by La Poste Colissimo - the French Postal Service.
As from the date of the handing over of the parcel by Tsadé SAS, the Colissimo service of La Poste undertakes to deliver the order within 2 to 3 working days throughout mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra. Delivery is subject to the signature of the recipient. If the recipient is absent, the postal employee will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the letterbox of the customer, notifying him or her that he or she has 15 days to collect the parcel from the post office.
Delivery to the European Union is dispatched by La Poste’s international service called Colissimo international.
Deliveries by Colissimo International can be from Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. The parcel will only be handed over directly to the intended recipient against signature. If the intended recipient is absent, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed in the recipient’s letterbox. It is possible to contact La Poste Colissimo International to arrange a second delivery attempt (see contact details in the notice of attempted delivery). The intended recipient may then do one of the following :
- a new delivery attempt to the same address;
- deposition of the parcel at a relay point of La Poste Colissimo international partner
Standard delivery in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra: 2 to 3 working days*. Standard delivery within the European Union: 3 to 5 working days*.
The customer may track the delivery at any time on the website of La Poste using the tracking number previously provided in the e-mail notifying dispatch of the parcel.
*as from the date on which Tsadé SAS hands over the parcel to the carrier.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all the products given to the carrier Tsadé SAS are and remain in an excellent state. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods, the customer should refuse the delivery and state his or her reasons on the delivery slip.
The customer must then inform Tsadé SAS by e-mail to email@example.com, requesting a new delivery that fits the order, with dispatch costs to be borne by Tsadé SAS, or the cancellation of the order and a refund.
In case of a delay in delivery longer than 10 working days after the date indicated during the placing of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled at the request of the customer, who will receive a full refund. The request should be made by e-mail to the following address : firstname.lastname@example.org
The “return” dispatch expenses are borne by the customer, see further. However, if the article is found to be defective, you can send the carrier’s invoice by e-mail to email@example.com in order to obtain a refund of the dispatch costs.

The amount of the delivery charges will be indicated under the tab “basket” and is subject to the approval of the customer prior to the validation of any order.
All our dispatches to the European Union (Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden and Italy) are plus tax depending of the Value Added Tax applicable in France.
If the provided products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied or, in the case of discs, removed from their wrapping, the customer may cancel the order within 15 days of the delivery of the order.

Products must be sent together with the duly completed return slip (contained in the delivered parcel) ; The costs of the return will be borne by the customer. We advise you to use the following courier services : DHL, FedEx or UPS. The “return” courier expenses are borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his or her request.
Tsadé reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases :
- returns outside the time limit (after 15 working days)
- returns that are not consistent with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.
After your returned parcel is received and validated, you will be refunded within 15 working days, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The customer will be reimbursed for the full cost of the products returned and the “first dispatch” delivery charges in accordance with the Chatel Law of France. The dispatch costs of the “return” will still be borne by the Buyer.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a refund and place a new order.
